Before fulfilment, each order needs to have an assigned time for pick-up. This sends the notification to the customer with a special pick-up code, time, and information to collect their order.
Open order. Open the Orders page and click on the order that you would like to assign time for.
Assign time. Click the Change time button in the Order information panel to choose a time for the customer to pick-up their product.
- Confirm. Pick a time close to the "Requested pick-up date" and click Change time to assign time
