If for any reason you would like to change when the customer comes to pick-up their products, you can assign a new time. Try to avoid situations where this would be necessary to keep shoppers happy.
Open order. Open the Orders page and click on the order that you would like to reassign time for.
Reassign time. Click the Change time button in the Order information panel to assign a new time for the customer to pick-up their product.
- Confirm. Choose the new pick-up time and click Change time to confirm the new time.
