You can cancel assigned time completely, which will notify the customer that they are unable to pick-up their order. The order would move to the Unassigned status and would need to have another time assigned. Try to avoid situations where this would be necessary to keep shoppers happy.
- Open order. Open the Orders page and click on the order that you would like to reassign time for.
- Cancel assignment. Click the Cancel assignment button in the Order information panel to remove assigned time from this order.
