The Lucky system will automatically notify the Brand and Lucky team that your facility is low on inventory, and a resupply will be scheduled by our team.
In the meantime, please contact Lucky at email@example.com to understand when to expect the next shipment. If the products will be available within the 7 days from the customer’s Requested pick-up date, reassign time to the next day after the products arrive (see point 6 “Reassigning pick-up time”). Otherwise, cancel the order (see point 5 “Canceling orders”).
