- If order is not yet fulfilled. If you for any reason the customer is unsatisfied with their product, and you have not yet fulfilled their order, you should cancel the order (see point 5 "Canceling orders") and direct the customer to the product’s brand support.
- If the order is already fulfilled. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product after fulfillment, direct them to the product’s brand support for resolution. Your facility is merely a pick-up location, and does not offer support resolution and returns.
